The kids were outside playing on the swingset on the BEAUTIFUL Friday that we had, so I snapped a couple quick shots of them. MAN, do I love these two!!!!!!!!

I got a new lens last week and was oh-so-excited to try it out! My brothers were in town and I took it to my mom’s figuring I could get some new shots with it. Well, I got some shots, alright. Now if I could only find some “normal” subjects….

I had so much fun finding those cute outfits last week that I thought I would have another What to Wear post this week! This time, I found outfits for the whole family.

Dad’s outfit consists of jeans and a chocolate blazer from Old Navy and a great rust colored sweater from Gap.

All three children’s outfits are from Old Navy. Super cute!

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to photograph Elliot for his senior photos. It was a beautiful day for it, too! They sun was out and it was WARM! He was so much fun and had me laughing the whole time. I had a blast!

Every now and then, I come across some outfits that I just love. I saw these in our local baby Gap and just fell in love. So, I am making them part of my first “what to wear” post. People ask me all the time what they should wear or dress their kids in for a shoot. Well, here are some ideas! Both of the girls outfits are from the Chelsea Collection. To be honost, there are so many adorable style in that line, it was hard to choose just a couple. All of these outfits can be found on gap.com. Put dad in a nice chocolate corduroy blazer with some jeans and mom in either pink or aqua/teal top and a skirt or jeans and you’re all set!

It was beautiful and warm out, but not after our initial shoot was cancelled, due to…wait for it…RAIN. Shocking, isn’t it? These three were so much fun and even drove me on their golf cart to the different locations! SO COOL! I didn’t even fall off :-)
