You might remember these four (ahem, FIVE, including Zeus) from this snowy day session.  It was a blast!  Well, their slideshow is now complete.  Take a look and let us know what you think!

Snow!

When you live in Northwestern Pennsylvania, you have to learn to embrace the snow.  Otherwise, you could easily be driven crazy.  Let’s face it, about 6 months out of the year, we’re buried.  Look at the bright side…it covers the mud, it sparkles when the sun hits it…it’s pretty!  Plus, it gives us a reason to cuddle once we get inside.  Over the weekend, we took advantage of the snow and did part of our session in it.  It was actually pretty warm, too!  Well, warm for us :-)  After we got some snow shots, we went inside and this adorable family cuddled on the couch and read a book.  SO sweet!   I had such a fun time capturing this family and watching the beautiful little girls play in the snow!

As some of you may recall, I was attempting a 52 week project this past year.  Each week, I (or my husband) took a photo of myself and the kids together.  Well, I am very happy to say that we were able to complete it!  There were times that it was difficult and I wanted to give up, but now that it is done, I am SO glad I stuck with it!  Here are some of the pics from the second half of the year.

Life Moments.

This is how I rang in the new year…spending time with the S family!  I was able to share in some of their life moments.  The played and cuddled with their ADORABLE baby boy, Gabriel, and I was able to capture it.  This is one of the most special type of sessions to me.  Being able to witness the love in a family.  It is obvious to me that these two parents absolutely adore their little boy.  Why wouldn’t they??  He is so precious and so HAPPY!  It was a joy spending this time with them.  You might remember Gabriel from his newborn session back in September.  He has grown so much since then, but is still the same, sweet boy.

To the S family…I had a great time and hope you did as well!  Enjoy your sneak peek!

This weekend, I was fortunate enough to be able to spend some time photographing the L family!  Mom, Tara, is a stylist for the fabulous Stella & Dot and dad, Bill, recently placed 5th in the nation at the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships!  They have two gorgeous little boys and are so much fun!  They showed up in awesome, coordinating outfits and I was in LOVE with Tara’s boots!  We somehow managed to get a very nice fall day, too.  We walked around and found some really pretty spots.  I am very excited about these pictures and hope they are as well!

Fall.

I LOVE fall.  It is my favorite time of year for so many reasons.  One of those reasons is the GORGEOUS color and light.  The clothes are pretty great, too.  Needless to say, fall is also one of my favorite times of year for sessions!

Today was no exception.  I had an AWESOME session with some seriously adorable kiddos.   We had a BLAST!  They happily obliged when I asked them to play in the leaves.  They didn’t hesitate to strike a pose, make a goofy face, jump, or twirl.  Did I mention how cute they were??  See for yourselves!
