Ahhhh, Ryah Sofia.

I’m sure everyone already knows how much I LOVE Ryah Sofia’s appliqués for my daughter (and clients!), but I have been known to sport them, myself.  They are a nice little touch when I want to dress up my outfit slightly.  Well, they announced the release of their “basics” line (which is just fabulous!)  and, let me tell you, it’s perfect for adults, as well.  They offer three colors…brown, black and white…and two different styles for each color.  You still have the choice of using them as a clip or ordering the elastic or metal headbands for them, too.  I had the pleasure of working with a gorgeous model and getting some shots of the appliqués in action ;-)  Aren’t they beautiful?  Both the girl AND the hair pretties??  I think so.

Seniors!

Being a senior in high school is fun for many reasons.  You get to be done with High School.  You begin your new journey as a college student.  You start feeling like an ADULT.

One of the things that is not always super exciting is leaving behind a beloved extra-curricular activity.  That is exactly what these three phenomenal seniors are doing.  They are about to embark on an amazing journey, but they are also going to be leaving behind the fabulous Studio 83.  To say “good bye” to their wonderful dance instructor, they decided to come to KGP for a couple farewell pictures.  Miss Tessa was one of my seniors this year and SUCH a fantastic young lady.  You might remember her session HERE.  All three of these ladies put on top-notch performances at this year’s recital and then presented the picture to their instructor at the end of the show.  It was lovely!

To Miss T, G and S…I know you will miss Studio 83 dearly, but I KNOW you will all do fantastic things with your lives!  Best of luck in everything and hopefully we will see you next year in the Alumni dance ;-)

Congrats and good luck!!

Slideshow: Shannon [senior times]

You may remember Shannon from my sneak peek HERE.   She is my gorgeous cousin from San Antonio, Texas. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.  Enjoy her slideshow!

Shannon [senior times]

Tuesday, January 25th, 2011

Meet Shannon.

She is a senior in high school.  She is my cousin.  Isn’t she beautiful?!?  During the first part of my trip to Texas, I stayed with my aunt and cousins.  Trips are never long enough, are they?  I am missing them all so much and hope to get back down that way to visit them again sometime soon.  While I was there, I was able to have two mini-sessions with Shannon.  One was down my the Guadalupe River, just Shannon and I, and the other was at the Riverwalk and my friend, Kim, joined me in shooting that one!  You can see the pics from her point of view, HERE.

Shannon is pretty much a cowgirl.  And she rocks it.  She could rock pretty much anything.  Look at her!  All of my cousins are beautiful and I can’t wait to do senior pictures for the rest of them!

Okay, I know, I’m rambling and I know you’re all thinking, “just show us the pictures, already!!”  SO, here they are.  Enjoy!

Dylan 2011 Senior | Meadville Area Senior Photographer

Tuesday, September 21st, 2010

Meet Dylan.  He is a senior at Meadville Area Senior High School (MASH).  Over the weekend, we managed to avoid the rain and get a full senior session in!  He is a very intelligent, kind and artistic young man.  We had a great time hiking all over and finding some really cool spots!  You see, Dylan himself, is a photographer.  He spends his time shooting landscapes and all things nature and is very good at it.  He recently had some of his work displayed at the local Oncology Institute!   I am sure that he will excel at whatever he chooses to do!

Dylan, thanks so much for putting up with me dragging you all over.  Hope it was painless ;-)  I had a great time and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!!

Tessa | Meadville Area Senior High School

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010

Meet Tessa.  She is a gorgeous, fun, sweet, smart senior from Meadville.  I had the pleasure of doing her senior pictures last night.  It was a BLAST!  She had some seriously cute clothes and knew exactly what she wanted to do with them.  It made me want to be a teenager again.  Well, maybe not exactly, but I guess it made me wish I had been cooler in HS ;-)

We had a blast going from location to location and we were able to get some awesome shots.  I am SO excited to edit all of these!  For now, I’ll have to settle for a sneak-peek.

Tessa – Thank you SO much for choosing me to do your senior pictures.  I had a BLAST and I hope you love your little preview.
